Welcome to LOL Bets (the "Service"). By accessing, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. About the Service

LOL Bets is an entertainment platform that allows users to make predictions on League of Legends esports matches using virtual credits.

Virtual credits are provided solely for entertainment purposes. They are not real currency, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn for cash or any other item of value.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to create and use an online account under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using an email address and password or an available third-party authentication provider such as Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, circumventing restrictions, or abusing the Service.

5. Virtual Credits & Predictions

Predictions placed using virtual credits are considered final once successfully submitted and confirmed by the Service.

Match results are determined using official tournament information and trusted data providers. If a match is cancelled, abandoned, significantly altered, or otherwise deemed invalid, we reserve the right to void affected predictions and adjust virtual balances accordingly.

We reserve the right to correct obvious errors affecting virtual balances, match outcomes, or prediction settlements where necessary to preserve the integrity of the platform.

6. Fair Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized software.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended platform behavior.
• Attempt to manipulate prediction outcomes or virtual balances.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Impersonate another person or provide false account information.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise the security or integrity of the Service, engage in abusive behavior, or otherwise misuse the platform.

Where appropriate, we may reset or remove virtual credits, predictions, or account privileges associated with prohibited conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, graphics, text, and other original content, is owned by LOL Bets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

League of Legends and all related trademarks are the property of Riot Games, Inc. LOL Bets is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games.

9. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, software updates, technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect functionality.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to availability, accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
